REACHING A DIVERSE CLIENETELE

Performance Results, Inc. provides training to diverse institutions and organizations varied interests and needs. Our training is sought out by clients who want to expand their program’s successes, build organizational capacity, or those who need to report the results of their grants to their funders. Our training participants include:

Foundations, funders and non-profit organizations, National associations and non-profit organizations, Federal and State Government Agencies and their grantees.

 

ENABLING ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPLEMENT EVALUATION

Our Evaluation training sessions cover concepts which help participants understand how to create a program logic model or evaluation plan. Participants will know which data instruments are best suited to assessing program performance and participants will be able to create meaningful and measurable outcome statements. The core topics of the training program are:

• Determining assumptions, solutions and results of proposed programs
• Identifying what stakeholders need to know—and audience/user needs
• Determining program purpose
• Identifying program inputs, activities and services, outputs and outcomes
• Creating indicators—determining ways to measure performance
