Performance Results, Inc. provides training in Results-focused Evaluation, also known as Outcome-based Evaluation, which we specifically tailor to meet our clients’ needs. Our training sessions offer individualized instruction for building an evaluation plan for programs or projects, identifying appropriate instruments for outcome data collection, and developing a method to implement the evaluation.

Results-focused evaluation is a systematic way of determining whether a program is achieving its intended results. This training program is offered in either a one-day or two-day format and can accommodate up to 60 participants. Attendees receive a comprehensive manual on the principles of Results-Focused Evaluation as well as other materials they can use with program staff and project partners.

The Results-focused evaluation training introduces participants to logic models, outcomes, inputs and outputs, creating measurable indicators, instrument design, and data collection. Our highly interactive training sessions include exercises in which participants develop evaluation plans for their program or project and build consensus with their team members to be sure there is agreement on what should be measured and how.
